Cerise is an internationally qualified yoga instructor through the Shakti Yoga Teaching Academy and member of Yoga Alliance International. I believe that a yogic life is wholistic and all-inclusive: body, mind, and spirit to further understand and nurture the body.
With a holistic approach I combine traditional practices of yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, and mantra while I support you to remember even more who you really are.
My classes are heartfelt and intuitive, gently challenging, and deeply nourishing. Through creating a safe space and emphasis on softening and synchronising the breath I help you flow with more ease and grace while deepening your practice. I love to share pieces of wisdom that speak directly to you, so you can take them home as an inspiration for your own life.
